Malt roasted to a light brown colour. A stronger version of our Biscuit Malt.
How does it taste?
Nutty, notes of very light roasted coffee.
What does it add to the beer?
Amber/brown colour and light roast flavours.
Typical Beer Styles:
Porters, Brown Ales, Dark Ale, Dunkel.
